Syncing Campaigns With Your CRM

FINNY makes it easy to keep your CRM up to date by automatically syncing your outreach. The simplest and most universal way is through BCC forwarding, which works with Salesforce, HubSpot, and nearly every other CRM.

How BCC Forwarding Works
Most CRMs provide a unique BCC address (for example, Salesforce offers @example.salesforce.com).
Any email sent with this BCC address is automatically logged in your CRM.
FINNY can automatically BCC your CRM on every campaign email.
Setting Up CRM Sync in FINNY
Log in to your FINNY account.
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find the CRM Sync section.
Enter your CRM’s BCC email address.
Toggle “Automatically BCC all campaign emails”.
Now, every email FINNY sends will also be logged in your CRM.
Supported CRMs
Salesforce – works with BCC forwarding today.
HubSpot – works with BCC forwarding today.
Others – supported if the CRM supports a BCC logging address.
Troubleshooting CRM Sync
If emails aren’t appearing in your CRM, double-check that your BCC address is correct.
Make sure the CRM is configured to auto-log messages sent to that address.
If duplicates appear, confirm your CRM isn’t logging both the campaign and the follow-up threads separately.
