First Use Case Walkthrough
Last updated: December 23, 2025
This guide will walk you through your first full use case on FINNY: finding your ideal prospects, launching a campaign, and tracking results. By the end, you’ll see how FINNY helps you grow organically with targeted, personalized outreach.
Step 1: Review Your Feed
Go to your Feed (For You page).
Here you’ll see a personalized stream of prospects ranked by F-score (likelihood of conversion).
Action items:
Browse through the feed.
Save 10–15 high-scoring prospects into a new list (e.g. “Retirees in Manhattan”).
Remove any irrelevant matches with ❌.
Step 2: Create Your First Campaign
Go to Campaign Center → Create Campaign.
Define your campaign:
Name: “Local Retiree Outreach”
Goal: Introduce yourself as a local advisor and offer a free retirement planning session.
Add proof points: e.g., awards, blogs, or credibility boosters.
Set sending limit (start with 30 emails/day).
Important Campaign Timing Considerations:
Daily Limits: FINNY limits sending to 100 emails and 20 LinkedIn messages per day to protect your account health
Weekend Scheduling: Campaigns created on Fridays don't begin until the following Monday
Campaign Duration: Ensure your end date allows sufficient time for all messages to send based on daily limits and message spacing
Time Buffer: For time-sensitive campaigns (like webinar invitations), start at least 1-2 weeks before your event date
Select your audience:
Choose the list you just created (“Retirees in Manhattan”).
Exclude unsubscribed or previously contacted prospects.
Design your sequence:
Auto-generate content or paste your own.
Lock key messaging (e.g., your intro) while allowing personalization around demographics or life events.
Add 1–2 follow-ups spaced 3–5 days apart, ensuring your campaign end date allows enough time for all messages to send based on your daily limits
Preview messages → Launch.
Step 3: Monitor Results
Once live, open Campaign Center → Analytics.
Track:
Open rates 📩
Response rates 💬
Link clicks 🔗 (e.g., Calendly or event invites)
FINNY automatically stops sending to prospects who reply, keeping outreach natural and compliant.
Step 4: Manage Prospects
Open the My Prospects tab.
Check which contacts engaged.
Update statuses (e.g., Contacted, Meeting Booked).
Add notes for context before follow-up calls.
✅ End Result: In under 30 minutes, you’ve gone from seeing your first curated list of prospects → running a campaign → tracking real engagement.
