How to setup daily email limits for campaigns

Setup Daily Email Limits

  1. Navigate to Settings in your account

  2. Click on Account settings

  3. Select Campaign Preferences from the menu

  4. Locate the Daily Email Limit setting

  5. Adjust the number of emails to be sent per day (minimum is 30 emails per day)

  6. Save your changes

Important: Changes to the daily email limit will not be applied to campaigns that are already live. You'll need to set your preferred limit before launching new campaigns.

Usage

The daily email limit controls the total number of emails sent across all your active campaigns per day. When you have multiple campaigns running simultaneously, the system will distribute emails across all campaigns while staying within your set daily limit.

When you have multiple campaigns with many prospects competing for a limited daily email quota, newly launched campaigns may have their start dates automatically pushed back by several days or even weeks. The system delays new campaign start dates to find available days in the schedule where emails can be sent within your daily limit. For example, if you have a 50 emails/day limit with several active campaigns already consuming that quota, a new campaign with 200 prospects may be automatically rescheduled to start weeks later than your selected date.

Key points to remember:

  • Email limits apply account-wide, not per individual campaign

  • If you have prospects without verified email addresses in your campaign folder, they will be excluded from the campaign, which may result in fewer emails being sent than expected

  • Launching multiple campaigns with many prospects and a low daily limit can cause new campaigns to be automatically rescheduled weeks into the future to accommodate the email queue

  • The scheduler will automatically distribute your daily email allowance across all active campaigns to maximize delivery
