Setup FINNY Campaigns

Follow these steps to create and launch your FINNY campaign:

  1. Navigate to "Create New Campaign" in your FINNY platform

  2. Design your campaign by setting up email templates and LinkedIn messages with appropriate dynamic variables (like [Role] and [Company])

  3. Configure timing between campaign events - ensure adequate days between emails

  4. Set realistic start and end dates that allow sufficient time for all messages to be sent

  5. Review your campaign settings before launching, paying attention to daily sending limits (e.g., 50 emails and 20 LinkedIn messages per day)

  6. Launch your campaign and monitor progress through campaign analytics

Usage

Campaign Generation and Progress

Campaign generation typically takes a few minutes to a hours to complete. If your campaign appears stuck at a certain percentage (like 37%, 99%), this may be due to:

  • System timeouts when finding contact information

  • Service outages affecting location services

  • High volume processing delays

Campaign Limitations and Best Practices

Daily Sending Limits: FINNY protects your email domain and LinkedIn account health by limiting sends to 100 emails and 20 or 30 LinkedIn messages per day (based on your subscription status).

Campaign Scheduling: Only one campaign can run at a time. New campaigns will queue until the previous campaign completes.

LinkedIn Usage During Campaigns: Avoid sending LinkedIn invitations or messages manually while running campaigns that include LinkedIn steps. Sending too many LinkedIn invites outside of FINNY can trigger LinkedIn's rate limits, causing FINNY to automatically detect this and mark your account as disabled. When your LinkedIn account is inactive (disconnected) or disabled (rate limited), any campaigns with LinkedIn events will automatically pause until your account status returns to active.

Making Changes to Live Campaigns

Live campaigns cannot be modified once launched. If you need to make changes:

  • You can terminate a campaign and regenerate it using the Published templates

LinkedIn Rate Limiting: If your LinkedIn becomes disconnected or shows "limited access," this typically resolves within a few days. This occurs when you send too many LinkedIn invitations outside of FINNY, which triggers FINNY's automatic detection system to mark your account as disabled and pause any campaigns with LinkedIn events. Upgrade to LinkedIn Premium to reduce these issues. Once your LinkedIn status returns to active, you can resume your paused campaign.

Campaign Timing Issues: If follow-up emails are sent too quickly, check your "days between events" settings. Remember that campaigns started on Friday begin the following Monday.

Template Variables: Ensure dynamic variables like [Role] and [Company] are properly formatted in all email templates to avoid displaying placeholder text.
