Welcome to FINNY!

This quick tour will walk you through the platform’s core capabilities so you can set up your profile, discover prospects, and launch your first campaign.



1. Create Your Account ( ~20 minutes)

When you first log in, FINNY guides you through a short onboarding survey. Think of it as creating a professional profile:

  1. Advisor Info – Tell us about yourself (location, certifications, expertise).

  2. Client Base – Describe the types of clients you’ve successfully worked with (interests, demographics, industries, zip codes).

    1. Example: “Business owners in New Orleans” or “Long-term Uber employees.”

  3. Value Proposition – Share why clients love working with you and what makes you unique.

  4. Money-in-Motion Events – Rank which life events matter most to your practice (e.g., retirement, promotions, property sales, divorces).

  5. Tone of Voice – Provide a sample email so FINNY's AI can learn your style.

Once submitted, your account is ready — no long setup required.



2. Explore the Feed

The Feed is your personalized dashboard.

  • Shows prospects most likely to convert, based on your onboarding inputs.

  • Uses the Fin Score (F-score) — a predictive match score between advisor and prospect.

  • Segments include your chosen niches (e.g., “55+ in Manhattan,” “recently divorced,” “newlyweds,” “small business owners”).



3. Prospect Profiles

Click into any prospect to view rich data:

  • Contact info (phone, email, address).

  • Demographics & financials.

  • Life events & interests (e.g., frequent traveler, recent mover).

  • Employment & education history.

  • Social connections (LinkedIn, Facebook, mutuals).



4. Building Lists & Campaigns

Engage prospects by grouping them into lists and launching campaigns.

  1. Create a List – Example: “Recent Movers in 10012.”

  2. Start a Campaign – Define your goal (e.g., “Introduce myself to pre-retirees in Manhattan and invite them to a dinner”).

  3. Audience Selection – Choose which list to include.

  4. Email Sequences – Decide how many emails, their timing, and let FINNY’s AI generate copy.

    1. Lock certain sections for consistency.

    2. Personalize the rest automatically.

  5. Launch Safely – FINNY enforces email best practices (max 50/day, email validation, staggered sends).

Bonus: Integrate with your CRM via BCC, so every contact & interaction is logged.



5. Monitor Campaign Performance

Track campaign results in real time:

  • Open & reply rates.

  • Link clicks.

  • Calendar signups or RSVP activity.

  • Prospect engagement history in the Saved Prospects tab.



6. Search for Prospects

Besides the Feed, you can run powerful searches:

  • Filter by demographics, professional data, investments, property records.

  • Search by name (e.g., someone you met at an event).

  • Use natural language (“business owners in Chicago planning to retire soon”).



7. Advanced Features

FINNY also offers:

  • Resource Center – Guides, office hours, best practices.

  • Website Visitor Tracking – See who visits your site and retarget with campaigns. To set up tracking, you'll need to add a FINNY HTML pixel snippet to all webpages you want to track. Contact support to receive your pixel.txt file with the specific code for your account. Ensure only one FINNY pixel is deployed per page for quality data.

  • Multi-channel Outreach (in beta): AI voicemails, SMS, direct mail (personalized with logos & QR codes).



8. Next Steps
