How to Update Your Email Signature in FINNY

Last updated: February 11, 2026

Setup Email Signature Update

  1. Prepare your new email signature with all the desired content including text, links, images, and formatting

  2. Send your signature update request to [email protected] (note: the previous [email protected] email address has been deprecated)

  3. Include your complete signature in the email body, ensuring all links, contact information, and formatting are exactly as you want them to appear. For HTML signatures, you can either send your formatted signature in the email body (support will extract the HTML code) or attach your signature as an HTML file

  4. If your signature includes images or logos, attach them to your email

  5. Wait for confirmation from the Finny support team that your signature has been updated

Usage

Once your signature is updated in FINNY it will automatically be applied to your outgoing emails. Here are some important things to know:

  • Link functionality: All hyperlinks in your signature will work properly in actual emails, even though they may not appear as clickable links in the Finny preview interface

  • Testing your signature: FINNY cannot control the font of your signature or email body text, as these reflect the settings in your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). To verify that your signature formatting and links work correctly, use the "See what my signature looks like in my inbox" feature to preview how your signature will appear in recipients' inboxes. Based on this preview, you can adjust your signature font to better match your email font if needed by submitting a new signature update request.

  • Campaign updates: If you have scheduled email campaigns, inform the support team so they can ensure your campaigns use the updated signature

Your signature will include all elements you specified, such as contact information, social media links, scheduling links (like Calendly), secure document upload links, and any compliance disclaimers or legal text required for your business.
