How to Refresh LinkedIn Integration Status

Setup LinkedIn Integration Refresh

If your LinkedIn account type is showing as "Free" in FINNY settings when you actually have a Premium LinkedIn account, you'll need to request a LinkedIn integration refresh from our support team. This ensures FINNY recognizes your correct account type and provides access to premium features.

  1. Verify that you have an active LinkedIn Premium subscription

  2. Check your FINNY settings to confirm if the LinkedIn account type is incorrectly showing as "Free"

  3. Contact FINNY support via email with the subject line "LinkedIn integration refresh"

  4. Include your user email address in the support request

  5. Our support team will manually refresh your LinkedIn integration status

  6. Once updated, your LinkedIn account type should display as "Paid" in your FINNY settings

Usage

After your LinkedIn integration is refreshed and shows as "Paid" status:

  • You'll have access to premium LinkedIn features within FINNY campaigns

  • The system should automatically detect future changes to your LinkedIn subscription status

  • If you upgrade or downgrade your LinkedIn subscription in the future, the system may automatically update, but you can always request another refresh if needed

Note that even with a paid LinkedIn account, certain character limits may still apply depending on your specific LinkedIn subscription type.
