FINNY makes it easy to go from identifying the right prospects to launching a personalized outreach campaign. Each use case follows the same general workflow.


1. Define Your Target Audience

  • Start with your niche or ideal client profile.

  • Use your onboarding survey inputs (interests, demographics, zip codes, life events, industries) to guide targeting.

  • Example: “Business owners in New Orleans over 50 who recently sold property.”

The more specific your niche, the higher the F-score match you’ll get in your Feed.


2. Find Prospects in FINNY

  • Go to the Feed to see AI-curated prospects with high F-scores.

  • Or use Search for direct targeting (e.g., demographics, professional history, property records).

  • Save qualified prospects into Lists for easy management.


3. Create a Campaign

  • Open the Campaign CenterCreate Campaign.

  • Choose your goal and give the campaign a name.

  • Add content like proof points, press mentions, or event invites.

  • Decide if this will run on Email, LinkedIn, or both.

Outreach Options:

  • Email sequences (personalized multi-step drip campaigns).

  • LinkedIn messages (connection requests, follow-ups).

  • Merge fields (name, company, job title) for auto-inserted personalization.

  • AI Personalization blocks for custom intros based on prospect profiles.

You can “lock” parts of your content to keep them consistent across all recipients, while letting AI personalize the intro and outro for each.


4. Select Your Audience

  • Pull from:

    • Saved Prospects

    • Lists you’ve created

    • Past searches

    • Or a specific Feed

  • Exclude:

    • Prospects already in live campaigns

    • Unsubscribed contacts

    • Anyone previously contacted


5. Design & Personalize the Sequence

  • Generate AI-written drafts based on your campaign goal.

  • Add/edit emails or LinkedIn messages.

  • Use merge fields & personalization tags.

  • Set timing and cadence (e.g., 3 emails over 10 days).

Add a Calendly link or call-to-action in your signature to drive meetings directly.


6. Launch & Monitor

  • Review and preview your campaign.

  • Choose whether to auto-launch or manually approve drafts.

  • Track results in Campaign Analytics:

    • Opens

    • Clicks

    • Replies

    • Conversions


7. Follow Up in My Prospects

  • Manage responses in My Prospects tab.

  • Update statuses (Contacted, Replied, Unsubscribed).

  • Leave notes and action items for follow-up calls.
