Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your FINNY subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Contact FINNY Support at [email protected] with your cancellation request

  2. Your Customer Success Manager will be looped in to assist with the cancellation process

  3. For annual subscriptions, auto-renewal will be turned off for your next billing cycle

  4. You will retain access to the platform until your current subscription period ends

Important Notes About Annual Subscriptions

If you're on an annual plan, you cannot cancel mid-term unless you're within the first 14 days (Flexible Starter window). Annual subscribers will have their auto-renewal disabled but will maintain access until their subscription expires.

Transferring Your Account

If you're leaving your organization, you may be able to transfer your subscription to a colleague instead of canceling. Contact your Customer Success Manager to explore this option, as it can help preserve the value of your annual subscription.

Pausing Your Subscription

Finny does not offer a standard subscription pause feature. However, in certain circumstances, the team may be able to accommodate temporary billing pauses:

  • Compliance review periods

  • Organizational changes or mergers

  • Other extenuating circumstances

If you need to pause your subscription temporarily, contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss your specific situation. They will work with the leadership team to determine if a billing pause can be arranged.

Data Retention

When you cancel your subscription, you will not lose your account data immediately. Your campaigns, search histories, and other account information will remain accessible until your subscription period ends.
