List View

The List View feature helps you stay organized by grouping prospects into targeted lists. These lists allow you to segment your audience and run highly specific campaigns, ensuring the right message reaches the right people.
Key Features

Organization: Segment prospects by niche, life event, or custom criteria.

Creating a List
Navigate to the Saved Prospects tab.
Click the “+” button to create a new list.
Give your list a clear name (e.g., Website Visitors, Recently Retired, Uber Executives).
The list will now appear in your sidebar for easy access.
Use descriptive names for lists so you and your team can instantly recognize their purpose.
Adding Prospects to a List
From Saved Prospects:
Select one or multiple prospects.
Click the three-dot menu.
Choose Add to List.
Select the list you’d like to assign them to.
From Prospect Cards:
Add a prospect directly to any list while viewing their profile.
Prospects can belong to multiple lists — for example, someone might be in both Website Visitors and Business Owners in New Orleans.
Editing Lists
Rename lists at any time to better match your workflow.
Remove prospects who no longer fit the targeting criteria.
Delete unused lists to keep your workspace clean.
Using Lists in Campaigns
Once a list is created, you can:
Select it as an audience when building a new campaign.
Run multiple campaigns against the same list, adjusting tone or goals each time.
Lists are the fastest way to create segmented, personalized campaigns without starting from scratch every time.
