How to setup and manage campaigns

Setup Campaigns
Navigate to the campaigns section in your dashboard
Create a new campaign by clicking the create button
Ensure your campaign has a valid name in the top left corner
Configure each step of your campaign flow, making sure each icon per step is shaded green
Add and customize your email templates and communication content
Save your campaign - if you encounter a "Campaigns saved, but failed to save steps" error, try refreshing the page or starting over from scratch
Review your campaign settings before submitting for approval
Usage
Editing Pending Campaigns: You can edit pending campaigns by clicking directly into the text of each communication step. This allows you to make adjustments to your content before the campaign goes live.
Managing Live Campaigns: Once a campaign is live and reviewed, communication templates cannot be adjusted, as changes may conflict with emails that are being drafted or have already been sent and could cause formatting or grammatical errors. If you need to make changes to a live campaign, you have two options:
Ask support to pause the campaign for you
Terminate the current campaign and recreate it with the same audience but updated templates
Search Exclusions: You can now exclude specific criteria from your campaign searches, including entire industries, using the exclusion filters feature in the search functionality.
